The haunting vaults of Carcosa cast upon thee! After three years of silence, Cruel Division return with their new EP Carcosa on the 15h of May via Cultkill Music and Santa Diabla that will see a limited colored splatter and black 12″ vinyl pressing as well as a golden tape version. In order to summon the maelstrom that the listeners will dragged into with its release, the video for the EP-titled opening track will be premiered via Transcended Music Blog!
Having showcased a furious mixture of Hardcore and quite a lot of spheres that take place in the realms of Extreme Metal with their previous release Under The Burden of Rotting Fruit, Cruel Division have already convinced the listeners that the progression of their musical influences moved further astray from their roots in Hardcore Punk and seek carvings that are coined by different manifestations that might wander about under the moniker of Extreme Metal. With the release of Carcosa, Cruel Division prove that their former path of progression is carved deeper into their musical components, drifting back and forth between a wide span of different musical playstyles.
