Lightless – A foreseen Loss
[Self-Released]

Lightless from Germany, Saxony to be precise, are ready to pave over you with their newest release A foreseen Loss. Constantly evolving since its inception in 2021 the band now

A foreseen Loss comes with whopping 80 minutes of world ending Sludge. The four tracks all clock in around the 20 minute mark and each one of them could be a story in its own.

Time is a non-relevant resource when you are listening to A foreseen Loss. Dive into it, get pulled in by it and find your Sludge Metal highlight in it.

Higher Walls – No End EP
[Self-Released]

Higher Wall no end

Higher Walls from the UK make Hardcore for people who don’t try see the bright in everything. This is Hardcore for people who see the bad for what it is.

Higher Walls remind me of a a British cousin of Incendiary. Metallic Hardcore filled to the brim with Mosh-parts, uptempo-sections and gang-shouts.

No End is the chicken with rice-equivalent of a Hardcore-EP. You won’t get any nice decorations or any chi chi. You’ll get your fix of Hardcore-nutrition: lean, mean and energising.

MornaA Swan Song
[Revolvermann Records]

cover Morna - Swan Song

Morna is a new project by the Toadeater guys Lucas Schneider and Daniel Möhring. While Toadeater is rooted in Black Metal, Morna is a melodic Post-Metal affair.

The guitars and their sound are what takes this release to higher levels. “Der Turm (feat. Lila Ehjä)“, especially its finale, will turn yourself into a spiky ball of skin.

Morna’s A Swan Song is an astounding departure from Toadeater and a more than rewarding one too. The siren-song like melodies will surely lure you in for repeated listens.
